Shipping & Delivery

  • SanRe Organic Skinfood offers free USPS shipping for Orders of $25 or more in the US, and market rate USPS shipping to Canada. Faster Priority & Express shipping is also available as an option at time of checkout, with applicable costs.
  • PLEASE make sure to use a reliable and secure shipping address! Many companies and customers are increasingly seeing theft of delivered packages or items - after the confirmed delivery to the customer address. Once a shipped package is sent and then Duly Delivered to the customer input shipping address (shipment and delivery emails are sent upon each event), as verified by the formal USPS Tracking details - which provides delivery date/time/location, SanRe is understandably NOT responsible for any theft or damage after formal delivery to customer's address. If you are not confident in the security of your residential shipping address/location, we recommend shipping to your work/business operation, or requesting "signature required" with the shipment upon delivery.  
  • International shipping is available for Canada at USPS rates available for selection at time of checkout. Please be aware that USPS Express Mail International does provide full tracking, but often still takes 5-15 business days. First Class and regular Priority Mail do not provide full/complete tracking and may take weeks for delivery. For all other Countries, we ship with DHL Express at a $55 rate (this is for greatest delivery speed and customer satisfaction).
  • Please Do Note that for International Orders (including Canada) Customs Duties, Customs Clearance/Release, VAT or other charges and release may apply, pursuant to each receiving country's specific regulations, which is at the customer's separate cost, risk and responsibility.
  • If an item is not received, please check shipment tracking. Sometimes allowance is necessary for potential delay, especially for international (non-U.S) orders where foreign customs procedures, inspections and a separate national postal service may be involved for final delivery (which foreign involvement may also limit item tracking outside of the U.S.). If an item is still not received, please contact SanRe for support.  Please keep timely communications for any needed resolution. If a longer period of time elapses (ie months) without customer communications, resulting in the loss of product tracking, information and/or delivery insurance coverage, the customer's negligence may reasonably result in the loss of their delivery claim.
  • If the package is missing or not delivered due to insufficient or wrong address given, additional costs will be applied to reship to the correct address and refunds will not be given.

How to Apply a Discount

  • Insert a valid discount code in the orange or blue box below or next to the listed items in your 'shopping cart', and click 'apply' -- before clicking to 'proceed to checkout'. Discounts can not be combined with other discounts, rewards, sales, samples, sample sets and/or gift set items.

 

Return Policy

  • If you are ever dissatisfied with a SanRe product that you have purchased from us online, you may reasonably return the mostly unused item to us within thirty (30) days for replacement, exchange or a refund. Please include your receipt, and please make sure to include your complete contact and purchase payment information or Order # so that we can get your new product to you, or re-credit your account. ** However, please note if the item(s) was purchased at a discount, only the applicable discount value will apply. Sample Packs are not returnable or refundable. Additionally, if the item(s) was part of a group purchase Special as listed on our website, the item may only be exchanged for the same item, not a different/substitute item. Finally, specific product warranty issues will be considered with return of the product for review and prior to the product expiration date.
  • For gift set items, any potential returns or sought exchanges would understandably only be at the lower gift set pricing.
  • Refunds will be issued when we receive your package at our return address. Make sure to keep your tracking number information from USPS.

Customer Rewards and Points

  • You can earn points with every product purchase that you can then use towards any purchase on sanreorganic.com. There is no expiration date for points. For every one dollar ($1.00) that you spend, you earn one point. Your points and their value can be checked through your account (when you are logged into your account, your points will be displayed on the "Rewards Program" widget in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.) Each point is effectively worth 5 cents ($0.05); once you've accumulated enough points, they are able to be redeemed for $25 or $50 off.

    Reward points are received when purchasing at the normal price. Reward points cannot be combined with any other discount offer and/or gift-set and are subject to change without notice at any time. Points can only be redeemed online. All products have points assigned to them unless otherwise noted.

    Your rewards can be applied in the checkout process via use of a provided discount code once you redeem the points for one of the designated discounts. Clicking on the "Cart" link in the top right corner will bring you to the shopping cart. In the Cart, you will see a section that allows you to apply a discount code.

    -- We understand this may seem a bit complicated, so here's a separate step-by-step example:

    When you are already Logged In to your SanRe Account on the website, your available Rewards Points are shown in the ‘Green’ Rewards Program box in the lower right corner of the website/computer screen. 

    CLICK on the Rewards Program box, and a separate overlay screen/box will appear that shows your Points and the available “Discount Codes” your points can obtain ($10, $25 & $50 options).

    On the available option(s) for your Reward Points, CLICK the “Blue” Get Code box, and the Rewards/Discount Code will be provided to you.

    Use this Rewards/Discount Code during “Checkout” (after you already have item(s) in your Cart), by inputting the Code in the Discount Code box and then CLICKING the “Apply” button.

    The applicable discount will show deducted from your Order total amount. 

    Because Rewards Points Discounts can not be combined with other Sale Discounts,  most users apply their points on a separate order for paying most or all of an item or two, or during a non-sale period when item are needed :-)
